RK3399 stamp hole system on module is a product platform based on the RK3399 (six-core 64-bit) chip launched by Graperain.

RK3399 development platform adopts the six-core 64-bit "server-level" processor RK3399 from the domestic excellent chip manufacturer Rockchip; RK3399 CPU uses a dual "server-level" core Cortex-A72 + quad-core Cortex-A53 size architecture. With a frequency of up to 2.0GHz, the new core can provide up to 100% performance improvement compared to the previous A15/A17/A57 core design.

Integrated ARM Mali-T860 MP4 graphics processor, support OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1, OpenVG1.1, OpenCL, Directx11, AFBC (frame buffer compression), such a powerful GPU can be applied to computer vision, machine learning, In many practical applications such as 4K 3D rendering, it can better support H.265 HEVC and VP9, H.265 encoding, and 4K HDR.

It has dual MIPI-CSI interfaces and dual ISP, PCIe, USB3.0, USB2.0, TypeC and other rich interfaces.

In addition to the powerful RK3399, RK3399 development platform is also equipped with 2GB/4GB DDR3, 8GB/16GB/32GB eMMC high-speed memory, independent power management system, powerful network expansion capabilities, rich display interfaces, and supports Android7.1. RK3399 development board adopts RK3399 system on module + carrier board design. RK3399 system on module has strong scalability, up to 200 PIN pins, and the running speed is up to 2.0Hz.
